2. App Usage Requirements

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your device's security and any purchases made through your Apple ID
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Apple ID credentials
• You must use the App in accordance with these Terms and applicable community guidelines

Device Requirements

3. Subscription Services

Premium Subscription Features

Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds will be provided for unused portions of subscription periods

Refunds

• Refund requests are subject to Apple's App Store refund policy
• We do not directly process refunds; all requests must go through Apple

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. We will replace any unenforceable provision with an enforceable one that achieves the same objective.
